Platform Update: New Pricing + Fresh UI + Stronger Backend

Hi everyone — we’ve rolled out a major platform update, and it includes improvements across pricing, design, reliability, and community.

What’s new

New pricing model — Everything is now cheaper for both existing and new customers.

Major UI update — Roughly 90% of the codebase has been updated to the new UI for a more consistent and polished experience.

More resilient backend + tightened security — Improved stability and stronger protections behind the scenes.

Brand new forum — A new forum link has been added so you can connect with the community, ask questions, and share feedback.

Forum login — You can sign in with the same credentials you use for the website — no separate forum account is required.

Migration status

All customers have already been migrated successfully — no manual action is required to move services.

Payment method notice

Some customers may need to update their saved payment card following the migration. If you see a billing prompt or payment issue, updating your card should resolve it.
